About Isabella
I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern who received my Masters in Social Work
from Morgan State University. I have experience providing counseling services to a
variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds, specializing with children, teenagers
and young adults across the life span.
My guiding principle is meeting people where they are, addressing their individual needs
and barriers with a humanistic approach. My specialties include working with clients
who struggle with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, childhood traumas,
communication and relationships.
I utilize an integrative approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused
Therapy, and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy to help my clients achieve their goals and
live their best life. I enjoy working with clients on their individual path to increased
success, joy and peace. My self-care includes running, art making, gardening and
spending time with family.
